Born and raised in the rolling hills of the Shenandoah Valley, I learned very quickly how much I wanted to remember the nostalgia and the warmth of the mountains for as long as I could. After begging my parents for a camera for AGES, I was finally gifted my first camera! It's been about 8 years since then, and the passion has never gone, only grown. Eventually, I started taking pictures of friends and family. I'm a very sentimental person, so this was a total no brainer for me! My first love is my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My second love, my husband and my two beautiful boys. Photography will probably always be third on that list. My heart jumps for joy when I see people happy, and that's why I chose to capture smiles as a living! :)
